Rs. 48 Crore Worth Heroin Which Was Smuggled From Manipur To Delhi (Hidden)
The Delhi Police claimed today that a large smuggling ring was arrested in the city, resulting in the discovery of 12 kg of heroin worth Rs 48 crore. Four individuals have been taken into custody.
The accused kingpin Mohammed Abdur Razak, as well as his assistants Shahnawaz Hussian, Sachit, and Mohammed Idris Ali, were apprehended by the Delhi Police's special unit.
According to the police, the gang's vehicle and scooty were confiscated.
Shahnawaz informed the police that he had travelled to Manipur numerous times in the previous three to four years in his truck to carry heroin, which was stored in a secret compartment beneath the vehicle. According to cops, he also made stops in Guwahati, Assam, and other parts of the state to negotiate transactions.

Interrogation of the accused caught in recent raids, provided them with some excellent leads, which finally led to the arrest of these four guys. The drugs have been targeted for distribution in northern regions, according to Special Cell DCP Sanjeev Yadav.
According to the police official, Afghanistan is one of the possible sources of heroin.
Heroin has also been arriving from Manipur, which shares a border with Myanmar, for the last three to four years, with the drugs being trafficked to Uttar Pradesh and then disseminated across the nation, according to the police official.
According to the police, this four-man group obtained the most recent batch of low-grade heroin from Manipur sources and transported it to Delhi, where they worked to increase the quality before selling it in the NCR and UP. The heroin dealers in Manipur are said to be hidden in isolated highlands near the Myanmar border.
